Recently I got a new freelance job whose company maintains projects on Github. But I didn't want to get notifications for the business projects to my personal email and wanted to get them to my business email.

Fortunately, Github has the feature.

1. Go to Settings.

Click your icon on the right side of the Github page and go to the "Settings" page. screenshots_08-02_1.png

2. Go to Emails

Click "Emails" on the left side of the page in the Settings page. screenshots_08_02_2.png

4. Go to "Notifications"

5. Set your email address for getting notifications.

Easy peasy!
You can go back to the "Email" page and make sure your email is configured correctly for getting the notifications.
