Recently I got a new freelance job whose company maintains projects on Github. But I didn't want to get notifications for the business projects to my personal email and wanted to get them to my business email.
Fortunately, Github has the feature.
Click your icon on the right side of the Github page and go to the "Settings" page.

Click "Emails" on the left side of the page in the Settings page.

Enter your email address and enter "Add" button.

After adding your email address, go to "Notifications" tab on the left side.

Click "Edit" button and choose your email address.

Easy peasy!
You can go back to the "Email" page and make sure your email is configured correctly for getting the notifications.
